We have a NO Return, NO Exchange and a NO Refund policy since all the garments are personalised and customised on a made to order basis for you. However, we are happy to help you with any sort of alterations that would be needed in the garment if you let us know within 5 days of receiving the parcel. If we are not informed within 5 days regarding an alteration, the merchandise is considered to have fit you well.
